Small group training for only up to 4 persons, involves training every major muscle group in 3 sets of 15 alternating each set with cardio work for 30 seconds. This is a fast way to get fit and tone up.
Sat mornings 8.45 am and/or Wed evenings 5.30 pm at the "Tan track" South Yarra. This is a great way to meet new people and get fit having fun.
$20 per session sold in 10 week blocks and you have 13 weeks to use your 10 sessions :)
You can jump in at any time.
You can also try the first session with no obligation if you like.
The Saturday Power Hour group starts the first term 07 August.
The next term will run on Wednesdays starting 18 August.
