Indoor training

We use the South Yarra Sports Centre when it rains at no charge to you.



Outdoor training
Willpower is heavily focussed on outdoor training. this way you will never get bored with your training environment.

 






Will Power Personal Training® offers low intensity training, high intensity training, diet monitoring, recipes, exercise to do at home each week and more.

Will Power has tailored programs for juveniles and the elderly, including everything from rehabilitation to sports-specific training.

Your Personal Trainer will start you with a complete computerised fitness assessment on your first session. You will hen be encouraged to have fitness assessments at 3 month intervals.
Typically most people will start training 2 to 3 times per week with each of those sessions being 45 minutes in duration. This way you will achieve realistic results with Your Personal Trainer. You will be set homework to do each week in your own time so that effectively most people will be doing some type of exercise 5 to 6 days per week. Your exercise and your homework will depend on what you have asked us to achieve with you. All this will be summed up in your pre exercise health and fitness questionnaire.





Should you wish to then you have have one of our trainers monitor your diet 7 days a week.
The diet side of your training is %90 of the work and as such cannot be fully explained in a short document as this.
Will Power' uses our own Portion Control Program that is a culmination of my 13 years as a Qualified Chef, health and fitness enthusiast and numerous pieces of information from respected literature.
What I can tell you is that you will never be asked to go hungry.
You will have more energy and vitality than ever before.
You will be confident when shopping for groceries.
You will also have one day per week where you can eat anything that you want.
You will be asked to write down everything that you eat in your Will Power training diary.
Your Personal Trainer will then check this off with constructive advice at the beginning of each training session.
